Tour and Interview
Schedule a date for a school tour and parent(s)/child interview with the Director. During this time, the child will also be able to visit a classroom.
Complete the Application for Admissions Form and return it to the school with the (one time only) application fee.
Complete a Request for Transfer of Records Form to give to your child’s current school.
Remit the registration fee, security deposit, and complete Enrollment Requirements. As of August 1, 2007, FMA will accept credit/debit card payments (a 3% convenience fee will be added for each transaction).
